Return Policy

Little Feet offers easy returns to all of our customers should you need it.
REFUNDS: We will issue a full refund to the original form of payment once we receive the return. Please follow the instructions included on our packing list.
Return Instructions:
• In order to receive your credit, returns must be received within 45 days from the initial purchase. If you would like to exchange your product, we will need to receive the item/s within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please return unworn items only, and in their original packaging.
• If you have any feedback on the returned item/s, please include it in your return box.
• Please fill out the bottom portion of the packing list included in your shipping box. Fill out all information completely, including the order ID# from your invoice and include with your return.
• You may want to get shipping insurance and be sure to note a tracking number for your return shipment. Little Feet Shoes is not responsible for Return packages that have been sent back to us which may have been damaged or lost.
• You will automatically be notified by email when your refund/store credit has been processed.
EXCHANGES: You may either purchase your exchange online or by calling 541-779-5840 for immediate shipment. Follow the return instructions as stated above to send back the item/s you do not wish to keep. When we receive your return, we will credit the original form of payment. Other order errors: If for any reason you feel there is some other error or a mis-ship on your order, contact us immediately and we will correct the situation for you.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Our staff inspects all of our merchandise carefully before it goes out, but in the event that you feel your product is defective please contact us as soon as you have inspected your order.
Returning a gift: We are only able to process a refund to the person who originally purchased the gift, however, we will accept returns for exchanges. The item must have been purchased from the Little Feet Shoes online store. Please follow the above instructions for exchanges and include your contact information as well as the packing list return portion with your return shipment.
Return Shipping: Little Feet Shoes does not offer Free Return Shipping. This allows us to save you on the initial cost of the product rather than having to add an additional cost to the item. Return Shipping Tips
• Pack the item/s in your most cost effective and protective box.
• Only include the original purchase item. You do not need to return any additional items that may have been given with the shipment i.e. GWP's.
• Return your items USPS first class mail through your local post office or UPS, or other carrier, whichever is most cost effective for you. In general USPS packages seem to be consistently the best value, no matter where you are located in the US.
• For returns weighing 2-3 lbs. or more consider using a USPS Flat Rate box or USPS parcel post.
Refused/Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are refused or returned to Little Feet Shoes as unclaimed will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus any shipping costs. There will also be an automatic $5 restocking fee. All refused deliveries will be subject to these fees, without exception.

International Checkout will coordinate your Little Feet Children’s Shoes order and is responsible for billing, shipping and customer service issues related to your International order. We offer an additional 30 days to return, and exchange:
